Mr Cunningham is a registered member of the INSTITUTE OF TRICHOLOGISTS with over twenty five years of experience in the treatment of every type of hair and scalp problem. This includes treating all types of hair loss including Male and Female pattern hair loss.
 
The Institute of Trichologists was founded in 1902 and is regarded throughout the world as the leading expert in all matters pertaining to the health of the hair and scalp. A Trichologist registered with the Institute of Trichologists will always charge a consultation fee, which may vary from clinic to clinic. A consultation and hair/scalp assessment can take up to one hour. Primarily, a trichologist will seek out the cause of a problem rather than just treat a symptom.
 
There are many hair clinics that are not run by registered trichologists. These clinics offer a free consultation to induce people in to their establishment. The procedure lasts only a few minutes, without detailed examination and the 'patient' is frightened when told that if they don't start treatment immediately they will lose all their hair within a few months. The fee for treatment has to be pre-paid and is hundreds, even thousands of pounds.
